Northern Colorado Women In Business Member Spotlight
Envision was established in 1964 to serve people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Weld County. We are the only Early Intervention Service Broker serving children with an IDD or delay. In addition to Early Intervention, we provide Adult Residential Services, Family Caregiver, Day Program (including the Art Program), Supported Employment, and a Summer Respite Camp for Youth (ages 12-21 years). Envision was awarded the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Torch Award for Ethics in April, 2025. Receiving the BBB Torch Award for Ethics is an incredible honor for Envision, recognizing the organization’s unwavering commitment to integrity and trust within the community. This award is a powerful testament to the dedication of every person who contributes to Envision’s mission, and it solidifies the organization’s reputation as a leader in ethical practices. At the same time, Celeste’s personal nomination for the Outstanding Women of Weld County from Friends of a Woman’s Place is a deeply meaningful recognition of her individual impact. It highlights her passion and commitment to making a difference, and it serves as a powerful reminder of the positive change she has inspired in the lives of those around her. Both of these recognitions are a beautiful reflection of the profound and lasting difference she and Envision are making in Weld County, and they are well-deserved tributes to their hard work and dedication.

FINAL NOTES
We have a need for volunteers a couple of times/year during our special events, or on-going through board membership.
We are seeking employment for several people that we support, so if you have an unmet need at your place of business, please consider us! We help with on-the-job training of the person, as well as ongoing job coaching.
We are in the early stages of completing renovations to our building. Of course we are always seeking funding through donations, sponsorships, and grants – we would be very grateful if you are able to help with any of these things.
