With a background in nonprofit leadership and a degree in Business Management, Brittany has committed her career to serving others and creating environments where people feel valued, included and inspired to make a difference.

In her previous role as Volunteer Manager, Brittany doubled the organization’s volunteer base by implementing streamlined systems, enhancing communication strategies, and cultivating a culture where every individual feels seen and appreciated. Outside of her professional role, Brittany is a devoted wife and mother of four who enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Whether camping, fishing, skiing, or simply gathering with friends and loved ones, she values the moments that keep her grounded and connected.

Deeply influenced by her late father’s example of faith, hard work, and unconditional love, Brittany leads with empathy, purpose, and a belief in the power of community. She remains committed to expanding Weld Food Bank’s mission and creating lasting impact – one relationship, one volunteer, and one act of service at a time.

As the need in our community continues to grow, so does our reliance on the compassion and support of others. Now more than ever, we need volunteers to help sort, pack, and distribute food, and donors to provide the critical resources that make this work possible. Every hour given and every dollar donated directly impacts families, seniors, and children facing food insecurity. Together, we can meet this moment and continue building a stronger, healthier community for all.
