Our monthly Enlightening Conversation is a FREE networking PERK for NorCoWIB members. If you are a GUEST/Future Member your cost is $10 at the door or by paying $11 online. You can submit your online payment on our Enlightening Conversations page of the website.  These gatherings are by invitation and we keep the groups small.

Our Leader/Hostess is Karrie Grizzell. She will welcome you to her Enlightening Conversation at Aunt Helen’s Coffee House & Café, 800 8th Ave Suite 101, Greeley, CO 80631. Karrie is generously purchasing breakfast burritos from Aimee! We suggest supporting Aunt Helen’s & buying your favorite morning beverage from them. If your diet doesn’t allow you to enjoy a burrito, you can bring or buy something that works for you.

Karrie’s September Topic: Serving Our Veterans: Where Passion Meets Service
How do you discover your passion? And once you discover it, how do you use it to serve others?

This will help you get to know our Hostess/Leader Karrie Grizzell! She is an entrepreneur, proud mother of five, wife and a Mimi. She is also a Real Estate Agent with Realty One Group. She provides clients with her nearly 15 years of experience to the industry. Over the course of her career, she has mastered the ins and outs of the business, built lasting relationships and created a path rooted in service, community and connection.

Her journey reflects both growth and perseverance. Beyond real estate; Karrie has devoted much of her time to supporting Veterans. She recently joined Qualified Listeners in a Resource Development role, where she helps Veterans and their families with vital resources and services. Service runs deep in Karrie’s family. With her husband, father, and grandfathers all having worn the uniform, her commitment to supporting Veterans is not only a passion, but a calling close to her heart.
Balancing her real estate business with her work for Veterans, Karrie pours her heart into every role she takes on. For her, success isn’t measured in numbers, but in the lives she impacts and the opportunities she helps create.
Join us for an intimate and empowering Enlightening Conversation where we’ll dive into this topic This mastermind-style session is designed for women in business who are ready to identify the hidden narratives that keeps them playing small and replace them with confidence, clarity, and action.

During this conversation, we will:
● Share personal experiences and insights in a safe, supportive environment.
● Learn strategies to shift mindset, embrace opportunities, and step fully into your potential.

Karrie will be guiding us through her Master Mind (the NorCoWIB way) experience!

We started these small group monthly gatherings over 8 years ago. Karrie will set the stage – sharing how we will process our thoughts and opinions openly, being authentic while addressing her chosen subject. It’s exciting
to learn from one another in this small group setting. For some of you this will be your first Enlightening/ Master Mind experience. This intimate networking adventure always amazes me by how just the “right women, with so much in common – come together!” What we open-up and share – is treasured and treated confidentially.
Suggested procedure/rules for Master Minding an Enlightening Conversation:

Everyone needs equal time to speak & share (Kristi times us)
● Be on time so we can start at 8 a.m.
● Have a willingness to share
● Have something to write on and a pen.
● Some profound ideas will be shared, you will want to remember them
● Trust the group to show discretion and respect for one another’s opinions & each other’s privacy – what is shared in these sessions stays with the participants and goes no further.
● I love these small-group sessions because we truly have an opportunity to share authentically and get to know one another on a deeper level. And discover how we can help support one another.

Agenda:

Approx. 7 minutes – Kristi welcomes all & Thanks Karrie + NorCoWIB Housekeeping – I will collect $10 from any participant who is not a NorCoWIB Member or who didn’t already pay online. She will also happily take your $35 Member or $45 Associate, Future Member payments for the upcoming Workshop on 10/1 with Kris Boesch, Choose People Workshop plus other upcoming networking opportunities and answers questions about the evolution of change we are implementing to better serve local business women. 20 minutes – Get to know our Hostess/Leader/Guide: Karrie will introduce herself, tell us a bit about her journey and business experience, the people she serves and we will learn how we can support her in this chapter of LIFE. She is devoted to her loving family and to Veterans! She will share her passions, hobbies and what fills her cup. Then she will explain what she wants us to accomplish when Master Minding her topic.

50+ minutes – Karrie will facilitate this Enlightening session. As we each introduce ourselves, we will contribute our thoughts and opinions authentically focused on Karrie’s questions with trust that what is shared will remain confidential.

Kristi also takes a couple extra reservations for the waiting list – just in case “LIFE happens” and someone unexpectedly has to cancel. We hope that doesn’t occur; when you say YES, mean it!
