Small, intimate groups of 12 women assemble, by invitation only, to ensure everyone has ample time to share, listen and participate in mind-blowing discussions.

Monthly gathering under the guidance of a skilled, qualified member – active and equitable mind-bending conversations ensure the sharing stays focused and meaningful. It is exciting to learn from one another.

Diverse backgrounds: Participants hail from a variety of industries and experiences creating a diverse and dynamic mix of unique perspectives when sharing valuable insights transparently. This helps us see many different sides to an issue and realize there are many ways to manage most situations and challenges.

Focused learning: The monthly topic is selected by the Hostess/Guide. This leadership experience allows her to select the venue, develop an outline of activities and resources to share, select an icebreaker experience meant to help participants get to know each other on a deeper level. She provides the invitation list and it is magical how all the right women come together sharing respect and transparency to fulfill the vision of the leader. Sometimes there are tears or giggles. What is shared at an E.C. stays with the E.C. participants. We respect one another’s privacy.

Lasting relationships: The intimacy of these small group experiences naturally evolve into forging strong, trusting relationships with fellow business women as we share our goals and aspirations and discover we have so much in common!
