High Plains Library District (HPLD) is comprised of seven branch libraries, including LINC, one of the most forward-thinking libraries in the nation. HPLD also offers bookmobile services and eight self-governing member libraries. Kim is the Executive Assistant for HPLD, and was their Training Specialist prior to that.
