Hello, I'm Wendy, and I've been dedicated to helping individuals on their path to well-being since 2014. My journey began at the Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley, Colorado, where I specialized in clinical massage therapy and the relief of chronic pain patterns.
I firmly believe that true healing begins with developing insights and self-awareness. My goal is to empower you to manage pain and cultivate healthy coping skills.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of assisting clients in reducing scar tissue (adhesion) post-injury and guiding them in proactively correcting postural imbalances that could be the source of pain and discomfort. My expertise encompasses a range of therapeutic techniques, including methods like proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, strain/counter strain, lymphatic facilitation, trigger point therapy, and orthopedic massage.
Many of my clients come to me with bio-mechanical dysfunction. I specialize in assessing postural anomalies, gait dysfunction, and muscular imbalances. By addressing these issues, my clients have experienced not only improved range of motion but also restored strength and a renewed enjoyment of their favorite physical activities.
In addition to my work with clients, I find great satisfaction in mentoring new Massage Therapists as they construct their practice. Sharing knowledge and experience is a passion of mine, and I love helping others find their path in the world of massage therapy.
