We will be meeting at the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners-Horace C. Elliott Center, 909 54th Ave. Greeley 80634 – with its calming, beautiful view of the Rockies starting at 7:45 a.m.

Deadline for Registration is Monday, January 29th!

Have you looked at someone from an older or younger generation and scratched your head wondering why:

  • Why are young people always on their phones?
  • Why do some people insist on meeting face-to-face?
  • Why are people less interested in spending their entire career in one field?
  • Why are fewer people joining organizations and more people joining social media

Maybe you have heard the terms Gen X, Baby Boomers, or Millennials and wondered what this all means for your life and your work. Many aspects of today society are multigenerational and the differences between generations can cause conflicts or enhance relationships.

Amie will review the unique strengths and needs of generations including Boomers, Millennials, and Generation Alpha! Come learn more about yourself and your employees and how to better relate to people of different generations. You’ll gain tips on how to motivate, engage and communicate with people of different ages. Whether you run a business, are involved in a non-profit organization, or you just want to better understand your family members; this workshop is a great way for you to learn to appreciate and engage with those from other generations. Don t miss it!

Three key points we will learn about and take away…

1. Differences between various generations and how the digital age is increasing the divide between generations.

2. How to leverage the power of different generations to strengthen teamwork, communication, training, and mentoring.

3. How to appeal to younger generations to promote retention of clients/employees/ patients/ students/volunteers/committee members and keep people engaged.
