Meet Jenn Adamson

Jenn Adamson is an executive-level high performance mindset strategist, TEDx speaker, #1 International Bestselling Author of Brave Women Stand (she will have copies of her book for sale at our Workshop) and Registered Nurse. She specializes in empowering leaders to access their flow so they can live an abundant, innovative, and joyful life without the hustle.

With a deep passion stemming from her own triumph over burnout in the corporate world, Jenn is dedicated to equipping female leaders and founders with the means to confidently express their voices and reconstruct their relationship with money. These two tools serve as pillars, empowering good-hearted women to hold positions of influence and leadership.

She was awarded the 40 Under 40 Rising Star by one of Colorado’s top Business journals. Jenn has her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado, a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and is a Certified Yoga Instructor.

Sister-to-Sister Pay-it-Forward: …Will benefit Weld Women2Women (W2W) and be coordinated by Heather Beran, Zephyr Graf-X/doTerra Essential Oils. Your donation will make a meaningful impact on the many local women that W2W assists, who have nowhere else to turn when in a crisis situation. W2W is a 501(c)3 that operates as a referral agency accepting requests from their network of partnering non-profit agencies that have vetted the woman’s needs and all other potential funding resources. Funds are awarded within 24-48 hours directly to the service provider. W2W has given a “hand-up” to over 2,000 since its inception in 2009, returning over $1.3 million back into our local economy (as of last October).  Your donation makes a difference! Here’s how it works: This is a Free-Will opportunity to donate $5 + 1 business card, or if you are passionate about helping women in crisis, you can donate up to $20 + 4 business cards in the drawing. At the end of the Workshop 1 business card is drawn and that person splits the pot with the W2W, this month’s nonprofit organization.

NorCoWIB supports W2W’s annual Circle of Sisters fundraising luncheon & Silent Auction, which will be Saturday, May 18th from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the UNC Campus Commons. We endorse giving back to worthy efforts that impact community members through our Sister-to-Sister/Pay it Forward monthly campaign.

Membership Options:

We implemented an annual Membership fee that started in July of 2023. We have three levels:

• Ultimate Membership is for the average (full-time for profit) business woman, $200;
• NonProfit/Education Membership is $75;
• Basic Membership is $100 ~ this is ideal for those working their own part-time gig while also working a full-time job and for those easing into retirement who want to stay involved and participate in what makes Northern Colorado such a special place.

We host monthly Workshops exploring topics and featuring speakers requested by our active members who are surveyed each summer to keep this supportive organization as meaningful as possible to its members. Your participation is valued in these first Wednesday of each month Workshops. By showing up you build relationships into powerful connections that provide potential to grow your business.
