I am so proud to be the Marketing and Admission Director of Grace Pointe Senior Care Community. We are a full continuum of care campus providing care for the Northern Colorado communities. We provide independent, assisted living, memory care assisted living, long term skilled, short term rehabilitation and respite care. We are a Greeley family owned and operated business who believe in the Grace Pointe mission which is to Serve Others. With over thirty years of experience in health and senior care services my passion and strength is to provide knowledge and resources to those in need.
