I was raised in rural Arizona, attended college and graduate school in southern California, and then moved to Colorado in 2007 with my family for my residency position at NCMC in Greeley. I am a family medicine physician and at the end of 2021, I semi-retired to own and operate Boomer House, a historic building in downtown Greeley, which houses a weekend board game parlor, private event center, commissary kitchen and Airbnb. I am very active in the community with Saint Patrick’s Presbyterian Church, District 6 Schools, Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Business Group and NorCoWIB. Given our family’s deep community involvement, I actually prefer to work as a physician out of town, which I do very part-time through a rural staffing agency Docs Who Care.

A few of my personal joys:
-Board game aficionado, 400+ collection
-Landscape acrylic painting, studio space at Showcase Art Center in downtown Greeley
-Glamping at my Grover, Colorado getaway property
-Reading and book club
-Married (20 years) and Mom of three daughters (ages 17, 15, 10)
