Whether you’re a first-time manager / leader ready to excel in new role, or a seasoned professional ready to make a career change that is more fulfilling and rewarding – she can help.” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left|color:%23000000″ use_theme_fonts=”yes” el_class=”ev_head”][vc_custom_heading text=”Speaker: Elizabeth Mahoney- MA, Complete Professional Development, Greeley CO &

A former manager and leader herself, Elizabeth moved into the entrepreneurial space to expand her reach and impact helping managers and leaders become happier, more effective, and successful in their career. AND GUESS WHAT – that cultivates a happier, healthier work force!

Elizabeth will uncover and guide YOU to discover and leverage your innate superpower strengths to up-level your leadership skills!
Through the power of Clifton Strengths, a tool Elizabeth uses, you will discover your built-in strengths and what you are naturally good at. This will help you to alleviate the frustration of battling through doing things that are not a good fit to perform so you can let go of those things you’re not equipped to deal with and find success in the arenas where you can excel.
Let’s work to grow professionally and personally, and become a better leader, team member, business owner, board member, and overall a better human.

* Elizabeth helps first time managers succeed in their new role and responsibilities so they can continue to move up the corporate ladder.
* Her training helps companies implement and incorporate a Strengths Based culture by working with top leadership in the organization, including the Board of Directors.
* Through Elizabeth’s program existing managers pivot and find a career that is more fulfilling, rewarding, and authentic so that they can do what they really want to do.
* She does private coaching for individuals, consulting for organizations, and has a group coaching program you can benefit from.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Northern Colorado Women in Business members gather monthly to learn from each other’s wisdom. We are an amazing mixture of talents and when we find the perfect satisfying professional fit in our career – we soar! It is inspiring to view so many differing skill sets and talents and a blessing that each of us excels at something different than the woman sitting beside us during a Workshop.

During this WORKshop you will learn…

1. How identifying your innate superpower strengths can up-level your leadership skills.
2. How to free yourself from the anxiety of comparing yourself to other team members, so you can build stronger better aligned partnerships.
3. How to manage your weaker areas and let go of striving to perfect them.[/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=”Meet Elizabeth Mahoney- MA, Complete Professional Development” use_theme_fonts=”yes” el_class=”ev_head”][vc_column_text]Elizabeth was born and raised in Colorado. Greeley has had Elizabeth’s heart since 2002, and she especially has truly developed a passion for her community and the people in it.

Elizabeth has a passion to help YOU succeed! Whether you’re a first-time manager / leader ready to excel in new role, or a seasoned professional ready to make a career change that is more fulfilling and rewarding – she can help.

Or maybe you are a manager who is self-aware enough to know it is time to lead your team to better communication, improve productivity and feel valued and heard as part of the team, Elizabeth can help YOU succeed!

She combines her wealth of management / leadership experience with incredibly effective tools like Clifton Strengths assessment, to equip and empower managers / leaders to grow and succeed in their roles.

In addition to work keeping her busy, Elizabeth’s new pup, Sicily, is keeping her on her toes while developing new antics every day that are adorable and entertaining!

During warm summer months you’ll find Elizabeth kayaking on one of the many beautiful lakes in the great state of Colorado. A fun-fact is that not only does she love to fish, but she even loves to clean the fish she catches!

Elizabeth loves to be involved in her community and besides being involved in Northern Colorado Women In Business, she is a Board Member for Connections for Independent Living in Greeley. Additionally, she is an actively involved member of She Goes High and a new Leadership team member for that group.

Recently, she became a member of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Owners (WEBO) and is looking forward to engaging with other business owners in that space as well.
