Dr. Elena will discuss the benefits of meditation, the best ways to begin a meditation practice and guide people through a short and relaxing meditation experience.

NOTE: I encourage you to bring a pillow and blanket to place behind your back to make yourself as comfortable as possible. When Dr. Estanol guides us through a meditation practice, it is common for your core body temperature to drop when a person enters a meditative state. We don’t want you to get cold!

Northern Colorado Women in Business members gather the first Wednesday morning of each month so we can continue to learn more about each other and our diverse businesses while enjoying an enlightening program, delicious breakfast, and powerful networking.

Our members select the topics (and often the speakers who facilitate our workshops). These topics enrich our experiences and make us stronger more industrious business managers and team members.
