Greeley Game Night at Boomer House LLC
The “Boomer House,” built in 1895, was home of William M. Boomer, one of Greeley’s early pioneers who was elected mayor in the early 1890s. Lane and Dr. Amy Mattox purchased and renovated this magnificent historic house in 2021, and proudly opened it to the public in 2022. Boomer House is a beautifully restored home full of personality and charming details, including gingerbread Victorian architecture, all-wood flooring and trim, velvet curtains and Tiffany-style chandeliers. Boomer House features 7 distinct rooms, 2 bathrooms, a commercial kitchen, 1 outdoor patio, and a wheelchair ramp, which can be accessed from the parking spaces in the alley at the back of the house. We are ADA compliant, have an on-site AED and medical safety kit.
At Boomer House we operate four business:
-Greeley Game Night at Boomer House, a board game parlor
-Greeley Events at Boomer House, private event rental
-The Suite at Boomer House, a basement Airbnb
-Commissary Kitchen
